New ILL request form

As you may know, we've had many problems with systems maintenance on our form for Interlibrary Loan requests.  So, we have created a new one.  The procedure is still very similar.

Before requesting an item, please be sure to search our catalog to determine whether the material you need is in our collection.  If we don't own it, we can try to borrow it for you from another library.
Click on the words ILL Form in the upper right corner of the catalog search screen.

First, fill in the required contact information.  Complete one form for each book or periodical article that you need. Be sure to scroll down to the bottom of the form and fill in the Verification box with any two digits (this helps to prevent "spambots" sending unwanted email to our ILL account). Then, click the Submit button.

When the item you requested has arrived, we will email you and let you know that you can come and pick it up at our Circulation Desk. If the item is in a digital format (an e-journal article, for instance), we will attach it to your email or provide an online link to it.

There is also a link on the ILL Form to our ILL FAQ page, providing detailed information about interlibrary loan policies and procedures. If you have any questions about this, please contact Lisa Janes, Public Services Specialist.
